was looking into getting a walkbehind just wondering if anybody has any experience with the snapper pro sw30 looking at the specs, price, and over all look at the machine makes me wonder if this mower is to good to be true ,maybe its a hidden gem. just wondering if it had toro or scag stamped on it would be the hottest thing out.

If you do a search on here I believe the people that have them really like them.

Pretty sure it's a Ferris clone. I know that the 36" is nearly identical to my Ferris dual hydro comfort control DD.

The deck is different - I don't think it has timed blades. And it's pull start, not electric like mine.
If my dealer carried them, I may have considered it over the Ferris to save a few dollars, but ultimately, I think I made the right choice for me.

Havent found anything but good info about the sw30. 48" will be my next mower and the ferris cc dd 36 will be a backup and small gate mower.

I love them. I am getting ready to purchase one. Have owned exmarj and scag walk behinds, both older, and the sw30 is my favorite. My only complaint is the weight. My operator is a skinny guy so he has trouble popping it up to hop on curbs or over a crest of a hill. The QOC and stability leave nothing to want. And for the price you can't beat it. I'm getting a profiled to go with mine.
