I saw a 60" snapper pro ztr at the fair yesterday. It was only $5600 for th 60 and a kholer. The seat looks and feels a bit high but it looks strong and has big casters. Anybody know anything about these?

I run a 61/25kohler and bought it in 05 new, it has almost 600hrs and is a GREAT mower!!

I have the joy stick but I think they are not making it anymore.

And yes it does sit alittle high

That is a darn good price.....we almost bought one in Feb at a little under
$7K but Scag matched the price so we went Scag. They told me the deck on the Snapper was a Ferris design. Seemed like a pretty good unit.

The sales guy told me it retails for $6900 but apparently they are tring to push the inventory. Im tempted to go get it.

The deck is the ferris design. Ferris and snapper are both owned by simplicity so many of the designs are similar.

The snapper that we looked at in Feb even had a 27HP Kohler on it.
