Most commercial places will want a seasonal cost.

Do a search on pricing, you will find a lot of info.

98% of my customers are on a seasonal contract, they pay X amount of dollars for service from 10/1 to 5/1.

    The contract for commercials includes
    salting or sanding
    walks
    plowing

Contract extras blizzard clause storms over 12"
    Loader Work
    Snow Haullen
    Pot Hole Repair.

Customers pay more for these extra services.

How ever I have stated in my contracts, that when I belive it is necessary to bring in a loader I make the call. Commercials there is really no winning they want there hole lot open. Resdientials sometimes question the need for a loader.
