Snycronzing new accounts

    How do you suggest I get my new accounts synchronized into my routes? They are all off by a week.

    That is too easy, what you do is take a week off then it is fixed.

    that seems to be the hardest thing I have to do in this business,

    you can simply ask some customers can I move ya here or there,

    OR sometimes you will have down days,,,,,,rain where luck will put everyone right in place..

    Im confused...how can an account be off by a week? Dont you mow every week?

    you can either run a route or it will run you.you can always tell people you are moving them to save on gas and therefore keep from having to raise their prices to cover the costs.people like efficiency.
