Hi Everyone, I am President of a Non-Profit Youth Soccer league in the Seattle Area.

The issue is that we have some fields we rent from the local school district and have trouble getting them to work with us in maintenance and improvement. To the point that each fall we end up with bare, worn spots and sparse field turf.

What can I do to help rescue these areas during the playing season to prevent them from becoming MUD PITS and big Holes?

So tell me the about the length of soccer season. Is that all that happens on these fields ? Do you have control of these fields all year ? What kind of grass do you have ? Do you know what height the grass is cut at ? Are these fields irrigated ? What do you pay to rent these fields ?(just my own curiosity) You probably aren't going to get much service from a public school system. Any help i can give you is going to cost somebody time or money. Can you handle that ?
