Sod at Dolphins game

    So riddle me this, we all know sod takes a few weeks to root in however last night at the game they said they recently sodded the infield of the marlins stadium for the game, now how the hell did they do that and guys weren't losing traction? Just curious i guess

    Actually, there were a number of times when players lost their footing during the game. Even the announcers were commenting on this. Anyway J-E-T-S Jets Jets Jets

    buy doing sod on the big roll will help. one big piece to try to move, rather than a bunch of little ones. Sod stapes.... roll it real good to get good contact so any little roots will help hold it down...

    A local sod farm supplies bermuda to the stadium in Baltimore and the sod has 1.5"+ of soil on it!

    That was going to be my speculation; that it has a beefier layer of soil.
