What would you guys charge to put down 280 yards of sod. Everything is prep. for the sod and it's just a big square, so no weird angles or odd beds to go around. I usually sub it out but I can't get them to give me a set date they can install, so I'm doing it myself. They do it for me at about $2.80 a yard and I usually add on my vig to that. Here's the thing, I can't really do it that cheap. By the time I pay labor, overhead, etc. I ain't makin nothin. What do you all charge?

If you know this much, how can you not know what to charge?

Thanks for your help again Coffeecraver. I was thinking $4.50 was a fair price. It's nice when someone comes up with the same figure. :)
