going rate for install on bare ground 1200 sq
Typically 20% to 30% of your price should be the sod. so if the sod costs you$25, you should charge $100
Any grading required? If just installing with sod and labor Bluegrass 1200sq ft $500
Fescue $600 thats just 2 pallets and you can be done solo on about 1 hr and profit $300 or more
We did 5000 sq ft today my cost was 916.00 for the sod .
Wow your not that far away I get Blue at .12 and fescue at .14 sq ft
i can get it for .10 a sqft
Then you should make a better profit
