I've used them both now on the the front of my T200 and the Bobcat soil conditioner is by far better. Bobcat has a direct drive orbit motor where Harley has some sort of gear box. Bobcat has a larger drum than the Harley. Bobcat has much larger tires and a turn buckle to adjust the wheel height. They both seem to have about the same power and seem to leave the same results but I think the drum on the Bobcat spins slightly faster. Overall, the Bobcat soil conditioner is built heavier than the Harley.
In my area the Bobcat conditioner is $20 more to rent per day than the Harley.
