This is a couple pictures of a large high end development in my area. In all I bush hog for around 30 to 40 hours once a month. In all its about 60 acres of bush hogging. I do all roadsides, and empty lots.

What do you get for brush hogging?

I am on a list to bid for 365+ acres of brush hogging, finish mowing, and trimming.

    Thanks,

    Tim

Whooo thats a good job for you. How tall is what needs to be bush hogged? Is there lots of trees to cut around?

If it is pretty easy I wold recommend around 70 per acre. I can do an acre of waist high grass in about 45 minutes. If its between waist and head height plan on around an hour per acre.

How often is it to be done.

I would be in the $40,000 range

I plan to hit a minimum of 100 per hour. Smaller jobs are at 125 per hour minimum.

How do you like your tractor? I really like the deere compact series, i've tried out a 3320 and really like it. Thanks! -Mitch-
