Some pics of our new big account

    Just finished mulching all of the trees here today. We're probably going to start edging it tomorrow if it doesnt rain. The old contractor was horrible and we're working with a good fertilization company to try and get this place going this year. Looks like it's gonna be a lot of fun!

    It's a 98 unit condo complex sitting on about 20 acres.

    that is going to be a gold mine for ya....i love condos, my employees get into a rythme and become efficency junkies....that looks like it will be quite profitable as long as you bid corectly.

    That looks like a nice account to pick up how many guys will it take weekly to do the maintenance?What kind of mowers will you use on that job?

    Four Guys. Ed and I will be using the bigger mowers and Gordon (Ed's dad/ LLC partner) will be on the 34z. One of our employees will be trimming. We arent going to trim much around where we edge, so he should be pretty close to getting done by the time we get done mowing. He better find some good insoles though, Ed and I had blisters on our feet when we got done with the edging and cleanup on this one.
