Do you guys give your customers something that explains what you are doing and why? What I want is something to send to our customers explaining our six app. program. Not so much telling what chemical and such, just this app. is performed at this time, it's function is as follows, bla bla bla.

I want to put it in a simple form so they know what they are spending their money on but do not get confused on the technical stuff.

If anyone has an example please post it or e-mail me.

Around here, if you are going to be putting a customer on a pest management plan, you MUST be in a contract with that person, which states what you are putting down and when. As in... what chemicals, and what specific dates are they being applied on?

I picked up a tgcl brochure one day and it was a seasonal/app specific type brochure. It also specified what/when their next app would be. It was a trifold with coupons on the back for their other companies (I thought about doing this with some other businesses to offset the printing cost).
