Sometimes a customer just needs to talk....ALOT

    I have a client who likes to chat, he would go on for hours if I'd let him. A certain amount of relationship-building can be great for your business. If it gets out of hand, however, I politely remind them that I am on a schedule and folks are waiting on me.
