I've been asked to give an estimate on a commercial property owned by one of my client's siblings. The property is a little of my normal service area so my normal pricing would put me at a loss. Just wanted to see if it sounds reasonable to you guys. Property is 16k. Going with a 5 app program with granular fertilizer/PreM and liquid broadleaf. Right now I'm going solo but I've included the cost of an employee because I plan on hiring this summer. My math puts me at about $550.00 for the season. Would you as a client find this reasonable?
