Any LCO's in South Florida? Palm Beach/Fort Lauderdale. I am moving from Tampa to that area. Have already lined up work by email. (Hourly Rates) Planning on distributing 30,000 flyer's.

Looking for input and contacts in the area.

What sucks about Fort Lauderdale. I will most likely reside in Palm Beach.

The areas i would shoot for in West Palm Beach would be the north side of the county .

Stuart , port St. Lucie ,Jupiter ......These areas are booming ....

These builders down here will put up what seems to be 500 new homes a week at least .......

All potential new customers for ya ......Hope it works out ..

Dang , rodbite, I'm impressed with your ingenuity ! How do you find e-mail addresses for mass mailings, and how do you target the prospect? Do you just mail businesses, or residentials too?

I can't give out all my secrets. All the emails were to Business Owners, and real estate professionals. I compiled the list off of the Internet. For 1,000 it took me about four hours.
