One of the reasons I didn't buy the BadBoy was the greaseless bearings.:nono:
On my 2006 Toro Z-master the zerks are under the deck pulleys. They put a sticker on the deck pointing the way, and holes in the pulley to facilitate greasing. Then they put one of the spindles on with the zerk pointed the wrong way:confused:
At the very least check with your dealer.:clapping:

Bad Boys can be ordered with greasable spindles.

Yes, all Toro fixed decks have sealed high speed bearings, I have two 48's.

The bearings last me anywhere from 1 to 3-4 years or longer, it just depends, weird.
They cost $50 / set and take anywhere from 2 - 8 hours to replace, depending how many times you've done it before.

The new turbo force units should have zerks.

They sure sport the new spindle housings, so I don't see why they wouldn't.

I have mowers with sealed and mowers with zirks. I'd have to say I prefer the sealed spindles. They last as long or longer than the zirk spindles, and I don't have to mess with them.
