I just have a real quick question this customer wants me to spray Round Up along his fence line and along side of his house. Do i need a license for that in ohio? I don't even do spraying but this guys yard is a real nightmare Lawn. And he don't got time to spray it what should i do??? i'm also cutting down 4 med size trees and trimming for this guy. all and all not to bad for $200. this would just be a one time Thing for the spraying. What would you guys all do?

Yes you need a license. Sub it out or tell the customer that he needs to make time to do it.

What the state don't know that is good, get homeowner to keep his mouth shut go ahead and spray roundup. We have too much of the goverment in our lives to begin with permits, licenses. What they don't know won't hurt.
