Hey guys and dolls, There seems to be some confusion on this hot topic. Can any of you tell me how you handle fall cleans ? Typically here in Denver we have commercial contracts for turf running from April through October. Most of the leaves fall outside of October. Anyway, lets suppose its quite windy and you do get significant leaf fall early during contract. Do you clean up as part of regular maintenance or? How do you handle conifers who typically shed truckloads of needles all year? Since usually the leaves fall after October, how do you handle this? Hourly charge? Debris/disposal charge? Is anyone comfortable telling me what you charge for this service? I have contracts that have leaves in excess of 50yds compacted. This is a sensitive subject, as property managers perceive that leaves should be handled as part of contract. I say no its too expensive and charge hourly. I am looking to get info from anyone anywhere in U.S.A. Thanks!
