    grass is supposed to be brown in the winter. You must have PhotShopped it!! :laugh:

    At one time it was sod, now it is turf. Curb appeal?

    Kiril requested it be there, too.

    I was thinking curb appeal too. Rarely will you find a home here WITHOUT grass in front.

    Also a place for your neighbors dog/cat to relieve themselves on.

    im moving to AZ. is that perennial rye? your yard? beautiful quality turf, looks like its been fertilized properly.
