    I am running all three zones at the same time from the pump, the gage is showing about 33psi so I think pressure regulator is useless…

    Why 5500's at 20' is a bit silly?
    I am thinking now to use 5000 SAM SS
    What do you recommend?

    Unless you.have beach sand for soil, you will get little benefit from heads with stainless steel risers. They are not one tiny bit more rugged than their plastic equivalents.

    5000 SAM at 20’ spacing is the best?

    20 foot square spacing is not all that far from what was done with spray heads in the olden days. Ever consider not using rotors at all?

    The pressure 33psi is to small for 40’ spacing

    So 12x5000SAM at 20' spacing?
