I've got a Stihl FS80 trimmer, it's oily by the muffler ( thick ). This is muffler #2 and all holes are clear . What might be the cause and remedy?

if it runs fine i would guess too rich of oil mixture and or running the engine a lot at half throttle or under (not enought heat to burn the oil completely).

Sthil has changed the mixture of gas/oil down to 50:1. I have seen a large amount of Sthil motors gummed in the exhaust area due to in correct fuel/oil mix and using cheap mix oil. I would suggest checking the fuel/oil mix and using Opti-Max or some other similar high grade mix oil
