its the fuel valve cap. its just bogging out? change cap should fix.
home depot sells the fuel line/cap replacement set for that trimmer for like $10.
Okay, before you go lighting things on fire, try to start it without the muffler. If it runs fine, muffler, if it doesn't , not muffler.
RB-K93 carb. No adjustment.
Then don't ever ever buy another unit without adjustment.
wish i had the option lol
i had replaced the fuel lines, primer, filter and the piece on the carb that the lines attach to already so i dont think thats it. the fuel seems to flow freely as far as that goes.
im gonna try to run it without the muffler
You took the carburetor apart, did you see the wire mesh filter, and clean it? I hate this particular carburetor, I had one that gave me fits. There is a way to adjust it but way to difficult to describe, sorry.
I buy them at home cheapo for this exact reason. When they stop running I just return them. The employes couldn't care less what's wrong with it. They exchange them every time.
I am thinking it's the ignition coil.
How are you getting a lifetime warranty on the units?
I took off the muffler earlier and started it up fine. Put it back on and ran it for 5 minutes until it shut off again.
I need one of those lifetime warranties lol.
