I have some St. Augustine that is starting to die back. I can see the insect that is causing this die back but I can't identify it. (not educated in this field). Its a small bug (small ant size) with wings on its back. Its black in color and the wings are translucent or white looking. The insects are moving up and down the grass blades of the affected areas.

    What is this insect?
