From time to time i hear about standers flipping over or being unsafe. Does anyone on this board have first hand experience of this? Thanks

I have never flipped my stander. I have mowed some unbelievably steep slopes though.

When climbing a hill, you lean forward. If it is extremely steep and the front end starts to come up, you just step off.

I have also mowed a 45 degree slope side to side with the stander. I sure left some marks on that hill (actually, it was a ditch) but I mowed it and didn't flip anything. I have mowed things with the stander that I wouldn't dream of attempting with a rider. A walk behind, yes but not a rider.
