Any thoughts on why my super Z will sometimes, most times not start when engageing the key? It will crank on the second turn of the key, but often not on the first. Also, the starter is making terrible grinding noises when trying to start. This is new the past several days. Dealer is thinking solenoid...I am thinking more! Any thoughts or experiences?]

    Thanks

Your Super Z or your new Super Mini Z? which engine?
Not sure unless I could see it and of course hear it.
Hard call on this, but I would look at connections, key switch, fuses, grounds and of course the solenoid and starter.
