    Hey guys,
I'm in the first stage of starting my lawncare business and need some advice. I will probably only have time for 5-6 accounts (if i can get them) and I'm not sure how to proceed. Should I regester as a Sole Propriortership or an LLC? I want to be protected from people sueing me, and taking my house so I know the LLC is best. I'm just looking for advice on how to set the company up and do it right inexpensively. I am hoping to get some new lawn contracts so i will be spreading fertilizer. I live in Maryland.

    BX 2200 Kubota (FEL, Tiller)
    60" Belly mower
    Echo Trimmer
    Echo Blower
(I need to get a push mower)

    Thanks for any help
