    36" belt drive used 100 hrs $2000
    Echo srm-210 trimmer $210
    Edger $219
    Small 5x8 trailer used $500

    Insurance per year (1mil) $300
Paper work+processing fees to get legit. $100

    total $3541

Look for used stuff on ebay and you could probably beat the above price by $2-300

maybe if you want to spend an extra 5 minutes, might get it started after the 50th pull...

I dont think you want to use them cheap line trimmers and edgers, unless you already have 1 that works ok otherwise id find a used echo instead of a new craftman.

echo isnt that expensive and I use it everyday for 30 homes or more, about $200 edger $200 line trimmer

If you want a z turn why not spend an extra 50 on the trimmer?

    a 48" is around 5000-6000
    a 52" is around 6000-7000

Don't forget lots of $ to get your name out there

if i were you i would get a walkbehind with a sulky(two wheel riding thingy) and then get your commercial blower and weedeater. something like what ive got! but buy the mower used. the weedeater and blower should probably be New. thanks

Going to do a paper route and job after school to make some cash to get started...here are my estimates

Goal is to make around 2500 by Mid - January Early - Febuary

Mower -$ 750 (for payments wile not working)

    Edger - $ 200

    Trimmer -$ 200

    Insurance -$ 300 ( 1 mil. )

    Paper Work - $ 100

    Advertisment - $ 1000
( for advertising from Late Feb. to May)

i want alot of work or atleast to keep me 8 - 10 hours atleast 4 days a week so i know that means advertising in the masses....this includeds flyers , flyers inside the paper , classifieds , and yellowbook

Where the hell you guys get a million dollar insurance policy for $300? I pay nearly triple that and its just liability.
