    Hey guys!

We are a smaller tree care company in Wyoming looking to expand into other services. One that we are interested in is hydro seeding.

Any thoughts or ideas on investing in that service from a business stand point?
We really feel that it would be a good investment of our time around here.

How is hydro seeding usually contracted out as far as larger commercial jobs are concerned?

How big of a head ache comes along with reclamation? Who usually funds reclamation jobs?

Start with a smaller machine, advertise and take the jobs you want. You'll be able to keep a 500 gallon machine busy by just talking to developers, excavators, drilling companies. If you are just getting into it to explore the market, getting a truck and going after the larger jobs isn't the way to go. Get your smaller machine and keep it working 50 hrs a week. Learn your margins, and build from there.

Husky, what are you asking for your machine? You can pm me the number if you don't want to put it up here.
