In starting this venture into landscaping, I have come across a few questions that arise as I do research.

    1. Should I start with a residential equipment or go ahead and purchase commercial? New or Used?

    2. For the off-season, should I purchase a pressure washer?

    3. As far as a contract, I've heard of templates available for general usage, should I stick with generic templates or should I consult other sources (e.g. lawyer, books, county office???) for my business.

Thanks in advance for your answers.

you could start with residential equipment...i did. i don't recommend it though. a ztr cuts time in half. i don't know much about the pressure washing in the off-season--i do know i wouldn't want to do it in the cold! you have to think about who your client base is. do you need a contract? commercial yes...residential i dunno...depends.
