I live up in West Milton and wanted to know what the going rate is for Lawn Mowing? We serve West Milton all the way down to Trotwood and up to Tipp City and Troy and Some of Greenville. In the paper i seen most start at $15 and when i read the posts on here people think its insane to charge that low. So can anyone tell me what some of the big guys around here like Flory's & Mag Lawn's going rate is? This year i hope to really get the business rolling. I started in late june last year got one mowing job and alot of light landscaping jobs. This mowing season i would really like to build up my mowing customers. thanks

I don't go anywhere for under $25. That's the bottom line for me or I am losing money. Our service area is the south Dayton area. My residential prices are based on $40 for 1/2 acre. Hope this helps you out some.

are you insured, liability, workmans comp, charge sales tax I hope you dont cut your foot off or put sombodys eye out or bust out somebodys window with a stone then we would see how much they love you cause they are responsible if that happens maybe you can take a few months of pay and take care of any problem that may accure but I know of a lco that settled out of court for 1 mill cause a stone flew out from the mower and put some ladys eye out sorry but your 800 a week won't cover that..

mowingismylife its $30 a stop up here in northeast ohio..some guys are alot higher than that, cleveland area 45 to 50 a stop.

dannyboy Get legal. Stop being a scrub. and raise your prices. kids like you are why the prices have been driven so low. Grow up or get out of the green industry
