I recently read this statistic though i would pass it on might be a nice extra adverisement in fliers etc. It was realesed by a university in virginia. A recent study has shown that "an attractive landscape increases the value of a home by an average of 7.5%, and reduces the time on the market by five to six weeks."

Neat stats, I had heard about the percentage but not about the time on the market makes sense though.

Where can I get ahold of the study that states this. I have been thinking about targeting local realators for contracts to be done while people are trying to sell their homes. Might be helpful if I can get the realator to advise the prospective seller about the increase in value and decrease in time on market.
