Steering issues, 92 chevy 2500

    Its a 2wd, and has become very hard to steer. Power steering components seem to be working fine, although the truck steers as if it has no power. The truck won't steer all the way to the right. If you come out of a right turn and go straight, the steering pulls to the right. Same goes if you come out of a left turn, it pulls to the left afterwards. Everything is lubed up that I know of, the ball joints were installed in april. I'll lift up the front end later and try to find a point of friction. any ideas folks? Its to the point to where its unsafe. Its a huge task keeping the truck straight.

    lower ball joint. these things should last longer, don't ya think?

    Looks like a classic case of.. "Pay me now or pay me later". At least it didnt happen at 65mph. You got off lucky!
