I have never seen a commercial company using the curved ends... in fact I forgot they even made them!

I worked all day yesterday doing leaf clean up with the br400 and br600 and they don't even come close. The comparison just blowing grass is hard to make but blowing leaves is night and day. I used the 400 a few times just to make the comparison. The br600 was worth the money spent IMO. Doesn't everyone take off the curved ends??

On my echo 650 the curved end was nice along fences and flower beds. it did put allot of pull bacwards on the tube and your arm would get tired.

I took the curved end off just to make it more manageable with the shorter tube on the 400 . I agree the curved end could come in handy getting under shrubs but the sheer extra power of the 600 is preferred. Even with earplugs a day of blowing leaves with the br400 could be mind numbing . the br600 is slightly quieter and overall I'm glad I got one . It just took the leaf season to show me how much better it was. Oh did I mention it is SOOOO easy to start

You should buy a 600 to compliment your 400. Within 3 or 4 days of using the 600 you'll be leaving the 400 at home. In fact you'll probably not put the 400 back on after trying the 600 one time.
