stick edgers

    what's the best stick edger ya'll have had experience with? I'm looking to buy a new one and I'm leaning toward an echo or sthil has anyone had any probs with these? thanks for info.

    I have a stihl and Im pleased with it. I havent ever used an echo so I cant comment

    I have an Echo. I love it. Comfortable and easy and quick to use. Go get a feel for them both. Get what you're comfortable with. Both are great in quality and longevity.

    I have a Stihl FC-110 and a RedMax HEZ2500S and I prefer the RedMax. I've never used a Echo but I'm sure they are a fine piece of equipment. I would suggest a straight shaft over a curved shaft.
