I bought a STIHL FS110 Trimmer off eBay recently for $10, it was mostly a parts unit.. but the guy gave me another engine along w/ it.
I need to remove the flywheel on it, i've done it on 4 cycle engines before but its never easy w/out a flywheel puller!

Can someone give me a good idea of how to remove this flywheel???

    Any advice would be great.

    Thanks

I won't tell you to jam 2 large screw drivers under the fly wheel and run the nut up to the top of the crank and hit it with a hammer. You will only mess up the crank, believe me I know :hammerhead:

What you need is something like this, I have seen them in Pep Boys. You can get one from any Stens dealer for about 20-25 bucks. Check out their web site for a dealer near you

you need a knock off tool , you remove the center nut . then screw the knock off tool onto the crank and you give it a whack with a hammer and it pops off.
