    Hi folks
I need a carb for this trimmer. I think it is a ZAMA C1Q. Thanks for any help.

That is what it comes with, but a better carb is a Walbro WT264. Should be able to get it for around $40. Has hi and lo speed adjustments instead of the fixed jets and the trimmer gets up and running faster. Some of the 55's have a terrible time warming up.

Most small engine repair shops can get them. We get them from Engine Warehouse out of Houston.

I was surprised by the price. I got a gasket kit for the zama and they charged me 40 bucks for it. I was holding my azz on the way out the door.I think I'll locate the Walbro elsewhere. Thanks again,

$40, ouch. I got 2 gasket kits for the C1Q S45 earlier this year and it was less than $12 for the pair.
