Does anyone use any other head attachments on there FS80. If so what do you use and how does it perform?

You cannot run attachments on the FS 80. It is a flex (cable) shaft, not solid, so it will not take attachments. I have the FS 90 and it can run different trimming heads as well as hedge trimmer, pole pruner, and powerbroom.

My dealer said Stihl is discontinuing the 80's because of the old 2-stroke, bad-for-the-environment design and having all 4-Mix trimmers for the Pro Series.

My dealer says the ones he sold were for the FS80. Sounds like your dealer doesn't want to back his merchandise

Mostly the hedger. I think the edger might be pushing it.
