I just bought the km110 and i need to get the edger attachment for it. They make a straight shaft and one with a curved shaft. Which one it better? and how good are they for bed edgeing?

I have the straight shaft and have heard they are better or easier to use. As far as bed edging they work ok for a touch up but if the grass is grown into the beds and there is no actual edge trench (if you know what I mean) then you still have hadn work to get the stuff out of the beds. If there is a trench you can likely edge that right off.
