I recently got a new FS 46 stihl trimmer. It was a present kind of, but I believe it is rated as an occasional use trimmer. Will this hold up at all to my commercial use? any good? thanks-dave

First let me say WOW! I don't think I have ever seen any body have 14 post a day and 100 post total in only a week on here. You must not be working yet ;)

No, that model is no where near Commercial grade. I don't know what your quote, "Will this hold up at all to my commercial use? " use is but as all Stihl stuff is made good it will hold up for some amount of time, but you need to get a true commercial grade trimmer maybe the 110 I believe it is as soon as you can and use this one for backup. Also if it is a curved shaft it will wear on your back more than a straight shaft will.
