Still OK after 15 years?

    I don't want this to be a poll, but I'm interested in the amount of "owner's" themselves operating Riders (Z style) (twinstick midmount machines) day in day out, at least 15 years, and don't have neck/back/leg problems.

    if u operate any ride mower every day ,it pays to do preventive excersize. this is a big problem,but touch your toes 20-30 times
    a day ,and leg raisers or set ups can help w the problem.
    the key is do it most f not every day.im 54 and have been dn that rd.these and other , simple excersizes really help stave off the problen.
