    Hey guys,
Considering renting a storage / parking area / shop space.
Just wondering what the costs are for an enclosed 20X15' area?
Does this come with insurance so your tools aren't stolen?

I have a 10x30 and a large parking spot for the trailer. It runs me close to $300.00 a month. That does include basic insurance that is offered by the storage facility. I do keep my reg ins also.

Problem your going to run into on here is that every area has different costs based on real estate values etc but for my town in CT i have a fairly cheap spot.
50x25 garage, heat, water, 18'h over head door 2nd floor loft with office, bathroom, 220 electric. Water is included in rent. 60x25' of outdoor parking. Only thing i cant do is stockpile material which sucks but for now it is what it is till i can find something else ive been here 3 years. I pay $700 per month i supply my own additional insurance.
