What's the going rate for stream construction. $75-$100 per foot?

Water Features (includes liner, excavation, debris removal)

Economy (rock edging, top 6” tier only, 18-24” depth) $35.00 sq ft
    Ex: 6’x 8’ simple kidney (48 x $35 = $1680.00)

Standard (rock wall interior, river stone bottom, 18-24” depth) $70.00 sq ft
    Ex: 6’x 8’ simple kidney (48 x $70 = $3360.00)

    Water run/cascade $20.00 sq ft
    Ex: 2’ wide x 6’ long (12 x $20 = $240)

    Water fall $59.00 face foot
    Ex. 3’ wide x 3’ drop (9 x $59 = $531)

Pumps small to 1100 gph $200.00
    medium to 2500 gph $350.00
    large to 3800 gph $500.00

Additional depth costs 6" deep $5.00 sq ft
    12" deep $10.00 sq ft

Aggregate/river stone covering liner material $1.00 sq ft / $100 min.

Smallest 6x8 economy installation with small waterfall and pump...no landscaping ...no fish...runs around $2250 3 men one day and it's completed.

Rough costs liner $150, pump $100, hose and fittings $25, stone $150, labor $250, disposal $100
Total $775 This works out well for us. The bigger jobs are even better because the landscaping rides along with it, along with more hardscaping work.
