string edger

    Does anyone no how I can make an ordinary string trimmer into a string edger? I know homelite makes one of these but I dont think theirs no way to stay along the edge of the concrete.

    If you edge your hard surfaces every week or two then you'll dig out a groove. Then it's a lot easier to follow the edge.

    You can buy an attachment called an "edgit" that helps guid the line along any straight edge. A lot of people on here use them and seem to like them.

    Thanks I looked into these which one would you or anyone else reccomend the one for the straight shaft or the one for the curved shaft

    I haven't had any experience with the edgit, but I would recommend you get a straight shaft trimmer. I personally think they are much easier to use.
