it should last (cross fingers). I first came up with the idea with my dealer. And we worked together for about 2 hours brainstorming. We figured out everything except how to mount it. So in comes dcondon. We brainstorm together, go down to Home Depot, and about 1 1/2 hrs later we have it figured out.

see, this one isn't getting mounted to the deck, its getting mounted behind the drive wheels (that is where we had difficulty trying to figure out how to mount it). Ya, the easy part would have been mounting it to the deck, but I had to take the difficult road

the most expensive part of the whole thing was the lawn rollers 5 of them at about $11.00 each.

You should have used what I did. Boat trailer rollers. 3 - 12" rollers @ $8.99 each about 31 bucks. Go to home depot and get a 5/8" round rod and 2 5/8" pal nuts. Oh yeah 2 taperd end caps to go on the ends so there is no gouge of the turf.
End caps can be purchased from the boat shop also at $2.39 each.

Can we see a side view of the mounting hardware please?

I actually have a piece sitting on my stomach as I type this. I plan on mounting it tomorrow, so tomorrow I will have full views of everything. It's kind of hard to do the side view since nothing is drilled or locked in yet.
