You guys up north where stripes are easy. Do the stripes just happen. Meaning if you try or not, you still get stripes? Reason why Im asking, is what if you want to hurry and just blow through a yard. Does the yard come out looking crappy? If you mow in all diff directions?

My mower stripes everything pretty nice. I have a stripe kit, but have never used it. It's just light and dark, so if I went in different directions, you would see where they all start and end. I always pay attention to these stripes and I am a better person because of it.;) :dizzy:

I flicker my hands and then say....I like cheese!.

Depending on the grass, I usually leave pretty decent stripes. Alot of my lawns are getting crabgrass this time of year and it usually doesn't stripe well.

my lawn stripes when i had a mower that didn't have the rollers, now with the simplicity, you get bold, bold stripes. i posted some pictures a little while ago showing pictures of the broadmoors stipe ability.
