Im thinking about making a striper for my mower using rollers.(manufacture doesnt offer one) I'm thinking about attaching it to the rear of the deck. I've seen the pull behind stripers and seen folks try to attach to the rear of their mowers, the downward pressure seems to be a issue with those. I've seen the rubber flaps and chains, but those look a little janky. I've figured out a functional design. My question is I got a few accounts that have some uneven ground on them. Does a deck mounted striper make the deck bounce up and down on uneven terrain. My wide open accounts would benefit from striping, But I don't want to be taking the thing on and off going to different customers. How do the deck mounted stripers perform in less than optimal conditions. Any of you pros have any input?

I have a deck mounted roller for my lazer and I love it. The roller will raise the deck from time to time on uneven ground, but it hasn't been an issue for me. Just my $.o2.
