I am hoping someone can help me with this problem. I just recently pulled the complete Carburetor assembly off of my Kawasaki engine on my Bobcat walkbehind. When I unbolted the Intake pipe the bolt completly pulled the thread off of the block. Now the bolt will not tighten up and Fuel leaks out of this area. What is the best way to correct this?

Should I use some kind of apoxy in the hole? A larger Bolt? I am trying the find the best way and not the quickest way where it can cause more damage. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks

The best way is installing a Helicoil, That would be a permanent fix.

Most shops have the kit to do this and shouldn't charge that much.

    Good Luck
