    When is an engine not an engine said the Riddler to the Batman

    My guess would be that you are using it as a jig, to see if an engine would fit in some place that might be confined or where clearance is tight.

    Riddle me this...it is a jig....to keep something from shape shifting..when using a mig...

    Ahhh...... I'll play !!!


    That's a muffler/pipe jig...... The pipes are notorious for cracking at the muffler weld due to vibration.....

    Naw...Kohler...like most of the OEMs use a NEMA mount...

    Bingo....Muffler Jig....
    If you weld up a broken or cracked muffler pipe...without securing it in the proper position...
    There's a pretty good chance it won't fit when it cools off...
    I welded up a few broken mufflers one afternoon only to find that none of them would fit without using a hammer..
    Necessity is the mother of invention...I bolted together some junk engine parts...and made me a jig..
    Now...they fit everytime....

    Consider this idea stolen ! Quick question, will this CH 25 jig match up to a CH 23 or are they to different dimensions ?

    Breeze... ALL the command twin mufflers..18 to 30 hp...horiz and vert..will bolt to the jig..
    Now....who did I steal this idea from ???...surely nobody round here..:cool2:
