Subing work out

    does anyone do it and if so how ? i have alot of work i just cant get to

    Yes, networking. Depending on the job, the installers are either paid by the client and I get a referral fee or they can come in for a small portion and be paid by my company. Be very careful who you chose, as they will be a reflection of you and your company. If you are the one to have landed the job, the client will always contact you.

    Typically a percentage of the job, depending on your participation or management of the project. You may get from 5% to 10%, but that is something you work out with the sub.
