subsurface irrigation

    Thanks to all who responded, I appreciate your thoughts and beliefs.
    I admit I like the idea, however I have alot of questions.
    I wish there were some easy answers, because every year around here since I have been back in this area, we have a water shortage.
    The people around here just stop, which isn't good either. I personally have bermuda grass on my yard, and there is alot of it in the area, however most new yards going in are fesque. Yes , it does fairly well with less water, but it still suffers.
